I was experimenting with recording different types of sound, and trying to create a collage that invoked movement through footsteps and the changing sound around the mic.
The starting point of the vent shaft is something that’s had my attention for a while, and I’ll be doing more recordings of these strange, intrusive, but necessary structures in the near future.
Below is my route. It would be interesting to know if you’re able to spot where each sound comes from.
